Chase Kaelin is a native of Louisville, Kentucky. Chase’s passion for baseball began at a young age. He started playing at the age of nine at J-town Little League. His talent was evident as he was selected to play with numerous travel teams along the way. These teams included the J-Town Strike, Kentucky Bulls, Rampage and the Rawlings Tigers.
His development lead him to Male High School where he spent the majority of his time on the mound and in the infield. By his junior year, Chase had received multiple offers to colleges including Indiana University Southeast, a top 10 NAIA College baseball school.
At the beginning of his junior year Chase suffered an injury, fracturing his spine. Although he was told he would never play again, Chase stayed with the Male High School baseball team until graduation and helped mentor and develop his senior year and help develop other student athletes.
After graduation Chase attended Centre College to pursue a medical degree. During this time Chase continued his rehabilitation and received an offer from the baseball team. Unfortunately Chase turned down the offer due to the health of his mother, and returned to Louisville to finish his degree.
In his spare time Chase is a student of the game and focuses on the mental aspect. Chase is also well versed in the ever changing techniques of baseball development, which makes him a perfect fit to provide training, development and guidance to school age kids from ages 6-18.
