Casey is a Christian Academy of Louisville alumni, earning 3x All-District, 2x All Region and All-Louisville Metro Team. Casey played all infield positions and was a catcher throughout his high school career. In 2019, Casey signed to play at Midway University earning the starting catcher position the last 3 seasons and 2nd Team All Confernece in the River States Conference (2022). Casey transferred to Lake Area Post Grad in Calvert City, KY for the fall semester of 2023. There he batted .370 avg 1.059 ops and caught 38 innings behind the plate with 0 passed balls 9-13 Runners Caught Stealing 1.000% Fielding Percentage. Casey then transferred to Indiana University Southeast where he played his last game in the NAIA College World Series in Lewiston, Idaho.
Casey will focus on fundamentals of footwork, blocking, throwing, and receiving when it comes to catching. He will also focus on fundamentals of footwork, throwing, and fielding when it comes to infield.
